Just go to the sign-in screen and follow the prompts. You’ll need to provide your ORI so we can verify your law enforcement account, and then you select the options you would like for your account. Once your account has been created, you can start using it immediately.
No. All of the hardware and software necessary to run RMS ONE is provided by Agisent via their secure CJIS-compliant hosting facility. The only thing you need is a computer or mobile device with a reasonably modern browser and access to the internet. Everything else is provided by Agisent without additional charge.
There are no limits to the number of law enforcement users, simultaneous users, incidents, citations, warrants, persons, vehicles, property, drugs, etc. in the system. Individual files that you add are limited to 20MB each, but you can have as many as you want up to a total of 1TB, which is equivalent to approximately 330,000 hi-res pictures. Additional file size and storage options are available.
RMS ONE does not provide data conversions for legacy data. If you need your data converted and added to your account, contact Agisent to learn about the next level up in RMS technology, Agisent’s Platform RMS. Of course YOU can add whatever data you want, including legacy information if so desired.
RMS ONE is only available to authorized law enforcement entities. Each agency has their own data set representing their law enforcement activity. Additionally, all RMS ONE users receive real-time access to critical shared information, such as suspects and other parties, alerts and warnings, infection and quarantine data, vehicles, gang information, location data, legal histories, and a whole lot more.
RMS ONE provides a wealth of support information, training videos, and tutorials to help you get the maximum value of your RMS ONE use. Technical support is available 24/7 subject to the options chosen when you set up your account. Additional options are always available.
All incidents include a "quick glance" jacket summarizing key elements within the incident.
